Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
